Azalea Maritime hosts MOL Safety Conference 2015 in Dubrovnik

The annual MOL Safety Conference, hosted by Azalea Maritime, took place from 04. to 05.03.2015. in the Hotel Rixos Libertas, Dubrovnik. More than 150 seafarers from 15 countries that attended the Conference had the opportunity to share their experiences and inquiries with the representatives of five Ship Management companies, as well as the representatives of the MOL Tokyo. The key topics of the 2015 Safety Conference were related to safety and achieving the Company goals (4 Zeroes), new business and technologies and additional benefits for our seafarers and their families - Allianz World Wide Healthcare, Life Insurance and Disability Fund, which is an unique benefit package in modern shipping industry. Seafarers were also familiarized by their Ship Managers with long term Company plans, continuous investments in their training and additional opportunities of transfer to different types of tanker vessels within the Company fleet. During the two day program, seafarers, together with the Company representatives, attended various workshop sessions whose main emphasis were mentoring and coaching at sea and behavior based safety on board ship.
