MOL LNG Crew Conference hosted in Dubrovnik, Croatia

The annual MOL LNG Crew Conference, hosted by Azalea Maritime, took place on the 07th and 08th of November 2018 in the Hotel Sheraton, Dubrovnik. 110 participants, seafarers, company representatives and guest speakers, from 15 different countries and 3 Ship Managements discussed and reviewed the strategy of the Company goal - One MOL, in order to become the world leader in safe operation and achieving 4 Zeroes - Zero fatal accidents, Zero serious marine incidents, Zero oil pollution, Zero cargo damage, as well as ideas and suggestions how to progress from Good Enough to Great. Unfortunately, the participants had to be reminded of the incidents occurred in 2018. During the two-day program, seafarers, together with the company representatives, had the opportunity to attend various workshops, providing new ideas for improving safe operation on board ship and sharing experience from past incidents including lessons learned.
